Walk & Talk
Therapy
Walk and talk therapy is a form of therapy that takes place outdoors rather than in a traditional office setting. It combines the benefits of movement, fresh air, and evidence-based therapy to support mental clarity, reduce stress, and create a more natural and relaxed environment for conversation.
This approach offers a different way of engaging in therapy, where movement can support the process of thinking, reflecting, and working through emotions. For some, being outdoors can make it easier to open up, allowing conversations to feel more natural and less structured than in a traditional setting.

My work in this setting remains grounded in the same intentional and relational approach I bring into all sessions. We continue to explore recurring themes, emotions, and underlying experiences, while allowing the environment to support the process in a way that can feel more open and at ease. Walk and talk therapy may be especially helpful if you feel more comfortable side-by-side, or if movement helps you think, reflect, and process more clearly. This is a space to reconnect with yourself and experience therapy in a way that feels more open and natural.
