Individual

Therapy

There are many reasons people begin therapy. You might be navigating relationship challenges, feeling overwhelmed, or noticing patterns that continue to show up in your life. For some, it’s about processing the impact of past experiences or making sense of environments that felt difficult to understand. For others, it’s a desire to better understand themselves and have a place where they feel heard.

Individual therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your emotions, and begin making sense of your inner world.

I take an integrative, non-traditional approach to therapy, drawing from attachment-based, emotion-focused, and humanistic frameworks. This allows us to create work that feels meaningful and individualized to you while exploring your experiences with depth and intention. Together, we look at how patterns and attachment shape the way you relate to yourself and others, creating room for insight, emotional processing, and meaningful change.

Culture is a real and meaningful part of how we move through the world, shaping our experiences in ways that matter and are part of the work we do together. This is the space where growth and awareness unfold over time. Even the smallest moments of change are recognized as you begin to move through life with a greater sense of ease in who you are.
