Behind the Space

Hi, I’m Sarah!

a Therapist, smiling in a warm office setting, with a orange couch and brick wall.

As a first-generation eldest daughter of immigrant parents, I understand the complexity of navigating different cultures, expectations, and emotions while trying to find your sense of self.

At the heart of my work is a deep, intentional care for every person I connect with. I’m passionate about helping you develop a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself, while connecting with your ability to fully experience your emotions, tend to your needs, and move through life with greater intention and awareness.

My approach is both direct and purposeful, offering honesty, presence, and thoughtful support throughout each session. I strive to create an environment where you feel comfortable being fully yourself, while also feeling supported in exploring the underlying patterns and experiences that shape your life.

I value working with individuals and being alongside them as they move through life, creating space to better understand the experiences and patterns that shape how they see themselves and relate to others. To me, therapy is about developing insight, genuine growth, and creating change that carries with you beyond the session. The work doesn’t stop when the session ends, it shapes how you move through your life and relationships.
