Family
Therapy
Family therapy focuses on understanding how your family functions as a whole. This includes the dynamics, roles, and ways each person shows up. It also considers how past experiences and generational influences may be shaping your current connection.
Navigating family relationships can be complex and, at times, difficult to make sense of. This work offers an opportunity to better understand one another, improve communication, and move toward a greater sense of acceptance within the family. It also creates space to gain perspective and recognize how each person’s experience contributes to the family as a whole.

In our work together, we explore the dynamics that may be creating tension or distance, while also taking time to recognize the strengths within your family. My role is to help make sense of what is happening and support more open, honest communication. As we begin to understand what is no longer working, we shift away from those patterns while exploring the role of boundaries, helping you better understand needs and what connection looks like for each of you. Over time, this allows for new ways of relating, where things can begin to feel natural and at ease.
